2. Website and hosting
The website runs on OpenAI Sites with Cloudflare infrastructure, including a database and file storage. Technical connection information such as IP address, time, requested resource and browser information is processed to deliver the site and protect it against abuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in operating a secure service.
Hosting providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. See the OpenAI privacy policy and Cloudflare privacy policy. Their technical log retention follows their respective policies.
3. Enquiries, documents and email
We process your name, email, project type, available information, description, selected service and any optional files, document links or timing preferences to review feasibility, ask questions, agree on a free preview or prepare a quote. Project enquiries rely on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; general correspondence relies on Article 6(1)(f).
Contact details and a project description are necessary to reply. Uploads and timing preferences are optional. A dimension-based preview requires sufficient dimensions. We do not make automated decisions about orders or eligibility for a free preview.
Enquiries and uploads are held in a restricted area. A form confirmation does not place a paid order. Share only documents you are entitled to share and remove unnecessary personal information.
4. Recipients and international collaboration
The operator accesses enquiries to process them; hosting providers handle data for technical delivery. For an agreed project, documents needed for production may be shared with specialists in our international production team. This does not publish your documents.
Sharing personal documents with specialists outside the EEA requires checking the recipient, the necessary data protection agreements and a lawful basis under Articles 44 onwards GDPR. Contact us before sharing to ask about the recipients and safeguards applicable to your project.
5. Retention and deletion
Enquiries and files are kept as long as needed to handle the enquiry, fulfil an agreed project or protect legitimate claims. The operator deletes information no longer needed; enquiries do not have an automatic deletion routine. Statutory retention duties for contracts and invoices remain applicable. You may request access or deletion at any time.
6. Form security
The form uses single-use tokens valid for 30 minutes. A daily hash of the connection address helps prevent mass submissions. This supporting data is cleared after 24 hours when the next token is requested. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, protection against abuse.
7. Aggregate statistics and campaign tags
We count page views and enquiry steps as daily totals by language, without visitor IDs, browser profiles or analytics cookies. The statistics contain no individual contact details. The hosting infrastructure processes the underlying technical requests. Interaction counting honours Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR is improving the enquiry process.
Campaign tags in your visited link (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content) are stored with a submitted enquiry to assess its source. Full referring URLs are not stored. Please do not put personal information in these tags. They are retained with the enquiry.
8. Optional Panoee tour
The embedded tour connects to Panoee, Corp, 651 N Broad St, Suite 201, Middletown, New Castle, Delaware, USA, only after you select “Agree & load tour”. Your IP address and technical connection data are then shared with the service. Panoee may use cookies and its own providers. Data may be processed in the USA and other countries. Loading relies on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Where consent is required for a transfer without other appropriate safeguards, Article 49(1)(a) GDPR applies: authorities may access data and your rights may not be enforceable to the same extent as in the EU.
Loading is optional. To stop the connection for the future, reload this page and do not enable the tour again; this does not retrieve data already sent. “Open tour in a new tab” takes you directly to the external service. See the Panoee privacy policy.
9. Payment
Payment is by invoice and bank transfer. This website uses no payment provider and does not request card or bank details. After commissioning, necessary contract, invoice and payment information is processed under Articles 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR.
10. Your rights
Subject to statutory conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and data portability. You may withdraw consent for future processing. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your situation, and to direct marketing at any time.
